Terms of purchase and delivery
PRICE. When an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed by unusual, unforeseen circumstances that Blomobox Hyllie AB cannot directly control. These can be, for example, changed supplier prices, currency changes or changed VAT rates for our products. The prices include VAT at 25%. Shipping is also taxed at 25%.

TERMS OF PURCHASE. Blomobox Hyllie AB sends an order confirmation via email automatically when you make your purchase. In the event of any errors regarding the stated price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. A shipping fee is included in almost all deliveries and free over a certain amount.

DELIVERIES. The flowerboxes can be delivered same day on pickup in store if the order stock terms are local and possible to reach. We enabled Express delivery and delivery over a certain distance.
In the event of a delayed delivery, we will notify you in good time within 48 hours of your purchase and immediately via email. As a customer you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delivery delay. We do our best to fulfill your order and the current stock status of the range gives our customers an overview of available goods and makes any delivery delays non-existent. TRANSPORTATION. We bear the transport risk from our store to you and will replace damaged or lost goods. If you suspect that the goods are damaged and the packaging looks damaged where the product can be seen, you should call us before continuing to open the package. You bear the risk in the event of a return to us.
PAYMENT. Blomobox offers several payment systems in our online store. Card payments are made, among other things, in collaboration with Klarna. Klarna guarantees that the customer's card details can only be read by the payment and banking system. We comply with the Distance Selling Act and when making a card payment, the purchase amount is reserved in your account. We accept Swish, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. No additional fees are charged when paying by card. Companies can use invoice payment, which must be paid within 14 days. When the purchase is made on credit, a credit report may be taken. The first time you choose invoice payment, the invoice must be paid in advance. An administration fee of SEK 35 is added to invoice payment.
WARRANTY. The warranty is provided in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND OPEN PURCHASE. According to the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without any special reason. This is provided that the product and product packaging are unbroken/unopened and are in unchanged condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. Blomobox Hyllie AB applies the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days. Note that flowers are perishable goods and are an exception and cannot be returned.
COMPLAINT. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right of complaint for a reasonable time after you have received the goods. Blomobox Hyllie AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. Make a correct report with visible and hidden defects directly to info@blomobox.com within 24 hours. We may save the packaging for complaints to the post office in connection with transport damage. We will replace a product that we believe was incorrectly shipped or damaged.
CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY & PERSONAL DATA. When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data such as name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill our commitment to you. We also document all communication that we have with you via email, in order to provide the service that you expect from us. Blomobox Hyllie AB will not disclose your personal data to third parties. We use your subscription to our newsletter to send you information and product offers via email. You can easily do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link via your customer account or by contacting us at Blomobox Hyllie AB. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected, then contact us at emporia@blomobox.se.
COOKIES. A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website, e.g. https://blomobox.se to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart when you visit our website. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under the settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.
